Since 2010, Indonesia has experienced a demographic bonus period. This condition is both an opportunity and a threat if the government is unable to keep up with the availability of employment. Become an opportunity when the productive age population is able to work optimally to encourage economic growth, a threat when economic growth fails to provide adequate employment. Strategic policies are needed to address demographic bonuses by investing in the quality of human resources with skills and competitiveness. One of them is in the creative economy sector which is able to provide many jobs.
