Reformed State Apparatus Reform

Reforms may have become obsolete jargon. Since ten years ago, when the reform movement succeeded in overthrowing the New Order regime, the reforms were almost never vacant as public discourse. Reforms are spoken everywhere; on TV, radio, schools, the theme of the song, and became a rumour at celebration events in rural areas. However, a decade after the reform movement is running the signs of success of reform is still far from expectations. Here and there the quality of public services is still apprehensive, poverty still complicates society, and the saddest of corruption is increasingly violent. The big question that then arises is: Is reform still enthusiastic and takes the title of reform?
