The Doctoral Program (S3) in Public Policy and Management is only open in the odd semester.

Admission Procedure

  1. Register and create an account on the um.ugm.ac.id page, click here.
  2. Register for the Research-Based Doctoral Track.
  3. Doctoral program registration requirements can be found here.

Special requirements, send the following softfile files in 2 (two) PDF format files to the study program email prodis3.mkp.fisipol@ugm.ac.id :

  1. Proof of Registration
  2. Complete Curriculum Vitae (CV) (see here)
  3. Research Proposal (see here – update 20 Jan) 
  4. Evidence of correspondence with prospective supervisors (preferred)

Duration of Study

  1. Minimum 6 semesters (3 years)
  2. Maximum 10 semesters (5 years)

Tuition Fees

  1. Registration fee: IDR 750,000
  2. UKT / semester: IDR 16.000.000 (regular), IDR 52.000.000 (international students)

We will receive the Registration File no later than the last schedule for verification of Registration Documents listed on the um.ugm.ac.id.
