Socio-economic backgrounds such as education, age and the intensity of utilization of health services become an integral part of that. Appropriate dissemination of information is one of the strategic steps to improve people’s understanding. To that end, the scope of the rights of participants is important to know and act upon for the achievement of health insurance goals and objectives.
